1. Services

Webraketen provides web design and related digital services. All deliveries are made within the timeframe and scope specified in the selected package.

2. Ordering

An order is binding once submitted via our order page. We confirm receipt via email within 24 hours.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in SEK including VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made according to the agreed billing method.

4. Delivery

We deliver the website within 48 hours after receiving all necessary materials. Delivery time assumes the customer provides requested information in a timely manner.

5. Revisions

Minor adjustments are included during the first 14 days after delivery. Major changes are charged separately, or included in the Growth Plan.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. This right expires if work has begun with your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webraketen is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of delivered services.

8. Disputes

Disputes are resolved under Swedish law with Swedish courts as the forum.
